If something here doesn’t sit right with you, it’s best not to use our site or purchase from us.

1. Age + Use of Site

You need to be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use our site. By hanging out here, you’re confirming you meet that requirement.

2. No Spam Zone 🚫

  • You get a revocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license for your own personal or business use.
  • You don’t get the right to share, resell, or redistribute it to friends, peers, or strangers.
  • If you do share without permission, we reserve the right to revoke your access and send you an invoice for the extra licenses.

Just a friendly reminder: while The Business Reserve is your go-to for top-notch templates and tools, we’re not a law firm. Buying from us doesn’t kick off an attorney-client relationship.

We totally get that sometimes things might not be a perfect fit, even if they looked sparkly at first glance. If you're feeling that way about a purchase from us, no worries! You've got a full 14 days from the date of purchase to change your mind.

Here’s what we can (and can’t) promise:

  • Our templates are crafted with care, but they come “as is.” We don’t guarantee specific results, income, or legal outcomes.

  • Just to be clear again: we’re not a law firm, and nothing you buy here counts as legal advice.
